Taste New Grains
There are plenty of barrel aged whiskies in the world. For a change, we thought we'd make one that highlighted the exquisite but rarely tasted flavor of grains.
The three we chose, oats, barley and spelt, taste not only like your breakfast cereal but of tropical fruits, flowers and nuts — flavors that would be hidden by wood if barrel aged.
Sip it neat or shake it with a few simple ingredients for cocktails that will taste anything but simple.
