SLOW HAND WHITE WHISKEY

Meet SLOW HAND white whiskey, a flavorful distillate of oats, malt and spelt properly balanced to sip and shake into cocktails. Unlike white dog, which is meant for aging but released early, or moonshine, which is rough and sweet corn liquor, we created SLOW HAND white from the ground up — mash bill, fermentation and distillation — to become a true white whiskey. It’s how distillers first made whiskey in America and we consider this the rightful grain equivalent of silver tequila, white rum and pisco.

1½ oz SLOW HAND organic white whiskey
½ oz FRUIT LAB organic jasmine liqueur
1 oz organic fresh lemon juice
½ oz organic simple syrup
2 dashes BAR KEEP organic Chinese bitters
Shake all and strain into coupe

Ingredients
1 oz SLOW HAND white whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz honey syrup (half honey/half water)
2 dashes BAR KEEP fennel bitters

Glass Types: (Rocks)
Instructions
Combine all in shaker
Shake hard for 10 seconds
Strain over new ice in rocks glass
Impact
Makes drinker carbon negative for 1 day
