Radically Carbon Negative, Radically Revolutionary

At Greenbar Collective, we aim to leave the environment in better shape than we found it. How?

  1. By using only certified organic ingredients, our spirits help maintain clean farmland and groundwater and prevent adding artificial fertilizers, synthetic pesticides or genetically modified organisms to our world.
  2. By reducing packaging waste and pollution through lightweight bottles and 100% post consume waste recycled labels (and avoiding frosting, plastics and metallic paints).
  3. By planting one tree per bottle sold. (We plant them in the rainforests of Central America and provide not only carbon sinks, but also shade for fair trade crops of coffee and cacao so local farmers can better feed their families.)
  4. By opening up our programs to third-party validation by independent organizations...so you know!

Carbon Negative Cocktail

Arriving at the math requires experts and time, but the results are simple: By making small changes, we can make a big difference in the environment.

Consider, for example, that on average Americans produce 55 kilograms (kgs) of carbon dioxide every day. That's our carbon footprint...one of the largest in the world.

By being efficient and careful in the manufacturing process and planting one tree a bottle sold, 2 oz of any Greenbar organic spirits -- about what's in a typical cocktail -- helps remove 62 kgs of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Your cocktail just made you carbon negative for a day! You (55 kg) minus your cocktail (-62kg) equals carbon negative (-7kg).

Now you can choose not only to drink better, but to drink to a better world.
